Independence High School

Today some of our history students went to Westridge Elementary School for a interschool learning project. Our students shared with the elementary students how they made their trebuchets. Westridge students were very engaged because they are also building trebuchets. It was great to hear all the students talking about the learning process and laughing together about the mistakes and follies along the path to success. The Westridge students learned a lot that they were able to apply to their own projects. Everyone had a great time today and the launches were a ton of fun! Thanks for having us Westridge!
