Independence High School

Aaron’s applied mathematics class was learning about the Fibonacci sequence and how it is relates to the world around us. They discovered the pattern was a spiral and that it was found in nature. They then learned how to cut, design and put together a star stained glass project. They talked about the pattern found in their stained glass and how it relates to the Fibonacci sequence. The students had a great time with only a few cuts and burns. :)
