Registration Dates and Times

Thursday, August 3rd – 9 am to 3 pm
Friday, August 4th – 9 am to 3 pm

-Each student must register every year, even if they attended Independence last school year
-A parent or legal guardian & student must come in person to sign appropriate forms and update the online demographics
-Proof of address in Provo, or School choice application done at the district office before enrollment
-Apply for free/reduced lunch at schoollunchapp.com
-Pay for school fees $100 or to apply for school fee waiver, must bring two pay stubs or income tax return
-New students need to apply to enroll at Independence from their home school ( Provo or Timpview)

If you are unable to come during these dates and times, please call the office to setup a time

Students will not receive their class schedule until the registration process is completed.
