Grants
Students must file the FAFSA to qualify for any of these!
- Pell grant: annual limit $5,550
- FSEOG: annual limit $4,000 (students should contact the financial aid office of the college they plan on attending to inquire about any or all of these)
- TEACH: annual limit $4,000 (this grant is intended for people who plan to fulfill certain teaching requirements, otherwise the grant is treated as a loan and must be repaid. Students should contact the financial aid office of the college they plan on attending to inquire about any or all of these
- HESSP (formally UCOPE): annual limit $5,000; students should contact the financial aid office of the college they plan on attending to inquire about any or all of these
- Iraq & Afghanistan Service Grant: one-time award of up to $5,500. Students should contact the financial aid office of the college they plan on attending to inquire about any or all of these.
